Our love story started before we even knew each other. About 5 years ago, my mom and friend Angie thought that Chris should take me on a date. Me, who was never moving back to Forest Lake and had VERY strict rules about dating anyone north of the Wyoming exit responded with "eww".

Fast forward a few years, I did the thing I said I was never going to do, I moved back to Forest Lake. Angie, and my mom asked if I wanted to start bartending a few nights a week at a little bar north of the "Wyoming exit". Me, who had never bartended a day in my life and clueless to what I would be getting into thought it could be fun and keep me busy.

Very quickly, I became friends with a guy who would "randomly" show up for my shifts. Work night chats turned into daily small talk, to inevitably all day, every day conversations. After a year of Chris not making a move, I finally asked him if he wanted a pen pal or a girlfriend. To my surprise he turned me down!!! For only one night. The next day we decided to give it a try. I then did something I never said I would do, date someone north of the Wyoming exit.

We instantly hit it off and became inseparable. Less than a year later Chris popped the question during a weekend trip to Nashville.

We can't wait to be married and feel so lucky that we get to celebrate with all of you!!
